In certain transactions, Property Margin may act as an independent real estate broker or advisor assisting buyers and property owners.

This document is an electronic record generated by a computer system in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules thereunder. It does not require any physical or digital signatures.
3. Information Collection & User Consent
Property Inquiries: When you submit an inquiry form on our website (such as requesting property details, scheduling a visit, or asking to speak with an expert), you consent to share your details (Name, Phone Number, Email) with Property Margin and, where applicable, our partner Developers.
Communication Consent & DND Waiver: By submitting your contact details, you expressly authorize Property Margin and its representatives to contact you via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your inquiry or similar relevant properties. This consent overrides any registration under the National Do Not Call (NDNC) or DND registry.

Property Information: Property details, pricing, floor plans, amenities, and project timelines displayed on Property Margin are gathered from developers, property owners, or public filings. While we strive for accuracy, Property Margin does not warrant that all property descriptions are error-free, complete, or up-to-date.
Visual Representations: Renderings, walkthroughs, and photos are artist impressions provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual built spaces may vary.
Independent Verification: Whether Property Margin is acting as an information facilitator or as a broker, users are strongly advised to independently verify:
The official RERA registration status and filings of the respective Developer or Project on the official State RERA portal.
Legal title deeds, encumbrance status, occupancy certificates, local authority approvals, and land ownership status before executing any agreement or making financial payments.
5. Intellectual Property
All original branding, site code, design elements, text, and proprietary layouts on propertymargin.com are the intellectual property of Property Margin. Logos, project assets, and floor plans owned by third-party Developers or partners remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
Property Margin, its founders, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, expenses, or financial decisions incurred by users relying on information provided on the platform. Any final binding purchase or lease agreement is strictly between the buyer and the seller or Developer.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law & Grievances
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
